We guarantees your transaction with us and gives you 100% in case we falter on our commitments
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before the delivery of the order
If your order is not delivered at all, Tatkal Khana guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the order – No questions asked.
After the delivery of the order
- • If the price you paid via COD is more than as shown online, Tatkal Khana will refund you the difference amount
- • If there is an item missing then we will try to replace it within an acceptable time frame or refund the amount as partial refund whichever is preferred by you.
- • If, after placing your order, the restaurant decides to not deliver your complete or part order for any reason then we will contact you with the option of shifting the order to another restaurant or you can choose to get a refund or simply reverse the transaction amount to the payment medium (Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) used by you while making the payment to us.
- • In case we do not hear back from you within 1 hour of order delivery, we feel it would be fair to assume that you are satisfied with the service and food quality, and will release the payment to the restaurant.
- • When a complaint is raised for a delivered order, the restaurant is paid only after the issue is resolved and you are satisfied with the resolution.
- • You have received a lesser items that does not comply with the online instructions as per your original order.
WHAT DOES Tatkal Khana NOT COVER
- • TatkalKhana Guarantee won't be applicable on days when any procession/rally/march/road construction etc is taking place which affects the normal process of delivery.
- • Tatkal Khana Guarantee won't be applicable on peak festival days like Christmas, New Year's Eve, Ganesh Chaturthi/Visarjan, Laxmi Pujan or any other such festival/s during which most of the restaurants are either closed or are restricted for delivery.
- • TatkalKhana Management reserves the right to revoke all types of guarantees at any point in time without prior intimation. Final decision on the same rests with the management which is non-contestable and fully binding.
- • Time Guarantee is valid till the first barrier of entry. If your number is not reachable, then the guarantee ceases to exist.
ORDER EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
In case you are not fully satisfied about the order, Tatkal Khana will gladly help you in replacement of the order either from the same restaurant or from another similar restaurant.
In case of missed delivery, you are entitled to receive an amount equal to your order value, provided the following conditions are met-
- • Train should not have been late (beyond its scheduled arrival at the delivery station) beyond 45 min
- • Customer should have been at his/her designated Coach/Seat No at the time of delivery.
- • Customer should write to email@example.com or call at the Customer Centre within 24Hrs of the missed delivery providing details of the incident.
- • Cashback will be done through online bank transfer. Customer has to provide the necessary bank details. Cashback through any other means (like cash, demand draft, cheque etc) will not be entertained.
- • Maximum amount of cashback under this offer will be Rs. 200.
- • Any amount paid online at the time of placing the order would also be fully refunded. Such refund would be processed within 15 days of the receipt of intimation.
TatkalKhana reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. TatkalKhana reserves the right to terminate the offer at any point without prior communication. TatkalKhana reserves the right to deny the offer on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer. All disputes are subject to Patna jurisdiction.
